By buying a house that’s far from where you’re going to do most of your business, you’ll likely waste lots of money on transportation.

Use The Force

When you go to buy a house, it can pay to use a few Jedi mind tricks. This is not the time to rush and start throwing out the highest offer. You want to avoid buying a house that has a glaring weakness. If we’ve learned anything from the Star Wars universe, even one small X-wing can blow up a space station. Your Jedi Master will know about homes that have sold in the past that had issues and may now be up for re-sale. Also make sure you hire an impartial home inspection company. An impartial home inspector is less likely to have any interest in the sale of the home and will give you the most comprehensive and unbiased report. If your inspector comes back with a bad report, you might just want to walk away and have your Jedi Master find another option that will be better suited to your needs.
