Dubois County may get a new business park soon! You know that 72-acre Mobel property in Ferdinand? It received Indiana Site Certified Prime status from the Office of Community and Rural Affairs. So, the president of Dubois Strong, Ed Cole, said that now Dubois Strong has another asset to market to site selection pros: an Indiana Site Certified Prime industrial property.
The certification was the result of collaboration between the land owner, the town of Ferdinand, and the Dubois REC. The site’s sales price? Over two million dollars. It can be used for light manufacturing, mixed-use development, warehouses, distribution facilities or a business park.
