New Dunkin’ Donuts Coming To Evansville Near Eastland Mall
A new Dunkin’ Donuts store will start serving Evansville residents near North Green River Road. The new store will be located in front of Eastland Mall. Right now the location is just an empty lot, but once built, the building will also have space for a second tenant.

This new location on the East Side won’t include a Baskin Robbins unlike the Dunkin’ Donuts on First Avenue.

No rezoning was needed for this construction which is expected to start in the spring. The grand opening of the new Dunkin’ Donuts is expected in late 2019. Interestingly, Dunkin’ Donuts will probably have dropped its “Donuts” by then. See, Dunkin’ Donuts is rebranding soon as simply, “Dunkin’.”
Of course, the shop will still serve donuts, but also much more. This location will be either the first or the second location for the company’s new rebranding effort.
