Jasper Manor Shopping Center’s New Owners Will Bring National Retailers To Available Spaces

The Jasper Manor Shopping Center was put up for auction in early April this year after K-mart and JC Penney closed. The new owners, Woodcrest Capital of Forth Worth, Texas, bought the shopping center and will breathe new life into it. Woodcrest Capital plans to bring national retailers to the available spaces, which will create new jobs and invigorate the shopping center.

Jasper Manor was an important economic and social fixture since the 90s, but online shopping increases spelled the end to several stores. Still, many national retailers are still doing great with brick and mortar shopping, so Woodcrest intends to bring retailers back into the shopping center.

Current Jasper Manor retailers include the following:

Holiday Foods
AT&T
Tradebakers Vendor Mall
B&B fitness
L.A. Nails & Spa

Woodcrest Capital owns 37 retail centers besides Jasper Manor. It also owns 16 land sites and 10 office sites around the nation. The Jasper Manor Shopping Center brought in just over $1.8 million in the online auction.
