This week, Gov. Holcomb announced a plan for a $1 billion investment in infrastructure projects in Indiana for next year! The program, Next Level Connections, will expand broadband services across rural Indiana. Plus, the plan involved growing a system of trails in the state, completing major highway projects, and even creating more non-stop international flights in and out of Indiana. Plus, Indiana will continue to work towards a new fourth water port.
All of these infrastructure projects will bring more to the Indiana economy which means buying Indiana real estate right now could be an incredibly smart investment.
Think of it: $100 million dedicated to bringing high speed internet to all of the rural areas if the state. $90 million to add hiking and biking trails! $600 million to wrap up I-69 improvements three years ahead of time! Plus, consider all of the jobs these infrastructure improvement projects will create too!
