This week, Gov. Holcomb announced a plan for a $1 billion investment in infrastructure projects in Indiana for next year! The program, Next Level Connections, will expand broadband services across rural Indiana. Plus, the plan involved growing a system of trails in the state, completing major highway projects, and even creating more non-stop international flights in and out of Indiana. Plus, Indiana will continue to work towards a new fourth water port.
All of these infrastructure projects will bring more to the Indiana economy which means buying Indiana real estate right now could be an incredibly smart investment.
