Dubois County Recycling Sites

Eight recycling sites serve Dubois County residents. These Dubois County recycling sites address the majority of Dubois County residents’ recycling and household trash needs. Residents in the county are permitted to use any of the eight sites. So, if you live in Ireland, but work in Jasper and can’t make it to the Ireland recycling site before it closes, just use the Jasper site!

The hours for each site differ, bit all eight Dubois County recycling sites are are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. The hours for each site are available online. The Dubois County recycling sites don’t recycle absolutely everything, only a majority of what people typically recycle. So, be sure to check the county’s webpage for its 3R Waste Wizard for accepted items. Scroll below to check locations and hours.

Have Other Waste That Is Not Accepted?

The Dubois County Solid Waste Management District’s Process Center will take in many items not accepted at the county recycling sites. For example, you can unload computers, fluorescent bulbs paint and much more at the Processing Center. Many items require a fee for disposal at the processing center, but those fees range from between a quarter and $20.
