Jasper has ample restaurants to fill you up when you’re not in the mood to cook. Our eateries are out of this world. Our city isn’t a large metropolis, yet you can find a good meal in many spots. Two of our favorite places to eat a hearty meal and enjoy some drinks in Jasper are The Mill House Restaurant and Schnitzelbank Restaurant.

The Mill House Restaurant

The Mill House Restaurant has a huge variety of amazing food. You can get ribs, chicken steaks, salads and even pizza! This is a great place to have lunch with the entire family. They accept large groups and even have a banquet room. They also cater, so don’t forget that for your holiday gatherings! This place serves American style food, but it’s not that drab American-style food you often find at family restaurants or pubs. They open at 11 am everyday except Sunday. Sunday’s they’re closed. You’ll find The Mill House Restaurant on Mill Street in Jasper.

Schnitzelbank Restaurant

Schnitzelbank Restaurant is another casual place to eat a completely satisfying home-cooked meal. Get back to Jasper’s German roots with this eatery though. Again, it’s a place you can take the entire family, even large groups. You’ll find Schnitzelbank Restaurant on 3rd avenue in Jasper. This place offers an amazing breakfast too and opens at 8 am. They also close on Sundays.
