21st Annual Ferdinand Christkindlmarkt Is This Weekend!
Are you ready for the 21st Annual Ferdinand Christkindlmarkt?! It’s this weekend: Saturday, November 17th and Sunday, November 18th! Plus, it all kicks off on Friday, November 16th with the Christkindlmarkt Eve opening ceremony and dinner.
BAVARIAN SHOPPING STALLS (5 Locations)
There are five locations for the Bavarian Shopping Stalls. In all there will be over 200 stalls. Stalls will feature original artwork, handmade jewelry, fresh baked goods, wood crafts, purses,folk art, snowmen, handmade quilts and herbal soaps. These are just some of the homemade treasures you will fins at the Bavarian Shopping Stalls this weekend! You can also pick up tasty cinnamon rolls, apple strudel, and schnitzel, and don’t forget to pick up a bottle of wine or two as well!
ANTIQUES MARKT
The Antiques Markt is at the Tri-County YMCA and features over three dozen booths with antiques including china, bisque, books, jewelry, primitives, pottery, linens and more!
FREE CONCERT
Don’t miss the free “Sounds of the Season” concert presented by the Celebration Singers. The Celebration singers are a 60-member chorus that performs seasonal and traditional Christmas carols. The concert is held at the gorgeous and historic St. Ferdinand Church on Saturday, November 17 at 7 in the evening.
FREE SHUTTLES
Don’t forget, there are free shuttles between Markt sites on both Saturday and Sunday.
