Yes, it’s true that the bathroom needs remodeling and the lime green shag carpet in the basement needs replaced…but in the end, it doesn’t matter. You’re going to fix up the house, spend all that time and money, and then maybe not even get back what you invested. Selling a home quickly means most of the time selling as is.
