Last year, the entire Greater Jasper Consolidated School District had a total enrollment of 3,234 students. Nearly a quarter of the staff in the district has more than 20 years of experience, and just over 20 percent of the staff members have five or fewer years of experience.

All public schools in Indiana are required to participate in the Indiana Statewide Testing for Educational Progress Plus, or ISTEP+, which tests students in English and Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. At every grade level, students attending Greater Jasper Consolidated Schools scored higher than the statewide averages.

Kids in Jasper High School scored an average of two points higher in each section of the ACT than their public school counterparts across the rest of the state, as well.
