Heritage Hills Junior Optimist Club To Host 5K Color Run

Do you love color runs? Great news! The Heritage Hills Junior Optimist Club scheduled a 5K Color Run for Saturday, April 21 at Yellig Park in the Town of Santa Claus! The color run is a fundraiser for Spencer County Court Appointed Special Advocates. The Court Appointed Special Advocate program recruits, trains, and supports volunteers who advocate for abused and neglected children. The goal is to help avoid chaos and get children into a safe, permanent home!

Registration for the color run 5K opens at 7 a.m. CDT (8 a.m. EDT). The race begins one hour later. The cost for participation is just $25 and that price includes a t-shirt and a pair of sunglasses. The pre-registration date was April 1, but if you missed the deadline, just pay at registration on the day of the color run!
