Working with Andy Welsh was truly an amazing experience! He is always very honest and up front about a property and possesses great vision when it comes to “fixer upper” properties (which is what i was looking for). He is also very informed of the real values of a home and knows the areas in which the properties are located. Andy is also able to spot most potential issues that should be negotiated during the sales/offer process. Within two weeks he found the exact property I was looking for!!

I would highly recommend Andy to anyone and in fact have several times!!
