Working with Andy Welsh was truly an amazing experience! He is always very honest and up front about a property and possesses great vision when it comes to "fixer upper" properties (which is what i was looking for). He is also very informed of the real values of a home and knows the areas in which the properties are located. Andy is also able to spot most potential issues that should be negotiated during the sales/offer process. Within two weeks he found the exact property I was looking for!!
I would highly recommend Andy to anyone and in fact have several times!!

Buying with Sell 4 Free was the best decision we made in the whole process of moving to southern Indiana. Andy and Brenda are as connected as anyone in Jasper. They have a great understanding of the market and what to anticipate with each particular house.
We worked with Andy, and he worked very hard to find a house that fit our specific needs. You never have to wonder if he's yanking you around to buy a house that is listed with him like many other companies might. He's straight up on every showing. We've thoroughly enjoyed having Karen Haug as our realtor. She's very knowledgeable and has had a lot of patience with us - which we have really appreciated - throughout the process of preparing to list and in selling. We knew it would not be the easiest property to sell but Karen works hard and brought us a buyer pretty quickly. We're out-of-state sellers so it's been great to have good communication with her at all times. Karen has a great personality, is easy to work with, highly ethical, and is a dedicated professional.
